The First China Italic Fountain Pen made by China Pen King

Dear China Pen Lovers,

When Yi Cheng Trading first started selling pens in 2001, there is basically two types of nib existing in the Chinese Fountain Pen Market - The first is the common fine to medium nib and the second, a special Chinese Calligraphy flip up nib. No Chinese Pen manufacturers ever attempt to create an italic nib. The reason is simple Chinese Character writing has no need for it and the demand for such nib in the Chinese and World market do not warrant such production.

It has been 5 years since our customers asked us for italic nib on a Chinese pen. No one do it so we at Yi Cheng Trading think we should be a pioneer in such task - after all we wouldn’t ourselves Oriental Pen Specialist for no reason.

Our First Series of Italic Nib Prototype pen is out after months of testing. These prototypes are not made for the mass market and produced in limited quantity of 20 pieces only. You cannot find them on sale anywhere. See these Italic Nibs and Special Nibs fountain pen here:
