His Nibs.com update -- Hero 200 and 900 sale

His Nibs.com Update
Hero 200 and 900 sale
October 8, 2005

This week brought the re-stocking of the Acura
Golden Dragon & Serpent pens with 14K gold nibs.
The bad news -- as I write this at the end of the
week -- is that I only have two of each left. The
good news is that my supplier now has them back in
stock here in the U.S., so that I can re-order them
at any time.

For the budget-conscious (aren't we all?)...now,
through the end-of-day on Monday, October 10th,
the Hero '200' and '900' series of 14K pens are on
sale for 35%-off. Here's a chance to purchase terrific
pens, with 14K gold nibs, for well under $100.00

On the blog, and for those for whom money is no
object, we present to you the newest model from
NSEC, and the world's smallest fountain pen.

14K Dragon & Serpent overlay pens

The Acura Dragon and Serpent pens, whether in gold-
tone or silver, fountain pen or rollerball, have always
been very popular pens for us. It's been several
months since the gold-toned versions with the 14K
nibs have been available however.

As soon as I listed them as back-in-stock on this
past Wednesday though, they once again nearly sold
out. I only have a couple of them left, but
fortunately my supplier here in the U.S. now has
them available Stateside, so if you miss them this
time and would like to be added to the *new*
waiting list, it shouldn't be a long wait!

Hero '200' series on sale through October 10th

Designed to recall the famous Parker 75, the
Hero '200' series pens do an admirable job (Parker 75
collectors have told me in the case of the 'Golden
Waves' version at least that the parts are
interchangeable).

Both the Golden Waves and the Treble Clef come
with 14K gold nibs, in a fine grade.

Hero '900' series on sale through October 10th

The Hero '900' series, part of Hero's upscale 'Doctor'
line, has always been distinguished by three factors
that set it apart from the thousands of other Hero
models produced over the years.

First, they're true oversized pens, measuring 5-3/4"
capped and 6-3/4" posted. Second, they have a
true, western medium nib (99% of
Hero nibs are x-fine or fine, designed for the Asian
market) in a two-toned 14K gold. And three, they're
crowned by an outrageous, in-your-face, cubic
zirconium 'jewel' that makes certain snow-capped
logos melt in their presence!

The pen is available in the 22K gold-plated Golden
Waves pattern, or the Gold and Palladium-plate.
These are not shy writing instruments, and
are available at a terrific sale price.

On the blog...the world's smallest fountain pen

It may not have the prettiest nib you've ever seen,
but it can do things that no other fountain pen in the
world can do!
