--[ Pen Topic ]--
Japanese Pilot Pens from the 70s and 80s. http://www.pilotpen.us
Very nice pens, espically the 14k and 18k nib versions. Love my Murex, Custom and Elite pens.
If you are interested in these types of pens I suggest contacting Stan, stanklem@dslextreme.com, and he can put you on his mailing list.
--[ Photography ]--
Wolf Camera - http://www.wolfcamera.com
Wal-Mart - http://www.walmart.com/photo-center
Target - http://penpassion.url123.com/targetphoto
I must say I've been happy with all these services, but really like the new system at Target.
--[ Technology ]--
http://digg.com - Digg.com - From the site: Digg is a technology news website that combines social bookmarking, blogging, RSS, and non-hierarchical editorial control. With digg, users submit stories for review, but rather than allow an editor to decide which stories go on the homepage, the users do.
http://diggnation.com - Diggnation.com - Diggnation is a podcast where Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht chat about the most dug stories of the week on digg. This is the video release of that popular podcast.
PenWiki - I'm still working on the wiki and will probably have one posted by the next show.

And I didn't think anybody cared. :)
I hope to produce #5 this weekend. Any particular topics you'd like to see covered?

We all care!!!!!
Hi Mark,
You mean *besides* all the wonderful pens, etc. carried by His Nibs?
No, actually, I enjoy being surprised by what you have to say. I enjoy your take on new technology also. I just downloaded Skype, which I plan to use with one of my contacts in China.
I really think you need to *regularly* promote your Podcasts until you start to draw a devoted following...and then keep it up after that! Everyone is so inundated with things pulling them one direction or another, that it's critical to remind them of your existence. That's one of the reasons I've found it so necessary to send out my weekly His Nibs.com update, even if in any one week the news is sparse.
As it's sometimes hard to self-promote, I'd be happy to direct people in my next update to Pen Passion and the podcasts.

Norman Haase

PodCast #5
Hi Mark,
I keep coming back every day for my regular PodCast adventure, but this week...
Did you consider writing about ink? Or about the pens you personally use very frequently? What about your current interest, if there is one in particular. For me, it's Japanese pens, I have realised. It started with a Nakaya, then a Platinum and after that a Pilot. Or what do you think about Montblanc. Much ado about it, now and then, do you have experiences (I don't).
Have fun,
Portvrij

We want #5!!!!!!
Hi Mark,
When can we expect the next installment of your terrific podcast?
