Pen identification: help needed

Hi !
It's my first post on this forum 
.
I usually use Parker or waterman foutain pen.
But I have found at home these old pen and I would need you help to identify them, especially the 2 in the middle which are Pilot FPs. The other one are Waterman.

Welcome to the site. The purple-ish Pilot looks familiar. I don't know the name of it. Does it have a converter type filler built into the pen? Something with a little lever to fill with ink? Haven't seen the other one. Perhaps Stan might know something about them.
