Okay, now on PenPassion members can post pens (and other pen related items) they have for sale. This could also be used just to keep track of the pens you have and if at a later date you decide you want to sell some of your pens you can just change a few settings and others will know it's available for sale.
A sample template is attached to this posting. You can use it to create your product listings. Right-click on the attachment listing and choose Save Linked File.
To access you own store just click on my account on the menu to the right. You should see a section called "eCommerce" and under it a listing that says, "view xyz's store".
Unless you have created products already you should be presented with a blank store and no products listed. There should be 2 menu items, "Add a new product" and "view xyz's profile".
Click on the Add a new product [1] to add an item to your store.
1. Enter a title for the product.
2. Select the type of product you are adding.
3. Enter a description for your product.
4. Enter the asking price for the item.
5. Enter a SKU if you like.
6. Leave the Add to Cart option set to visible unless you'd rather handle your sales in a different manner.
7. Select Shippable from the type of product option.
8. Click on Create Product Details button.
This will bring you to a second page.
9. Turn on inventory control if you like and enter the quantity you have of the item.
If you want to keep track of you own stock and don't want to sell an item at this time you could enable inventory control and enter a quantity of 0.
10. Select when the item usually ships.
11. Then click submit or preview.
Here is what a sample listing looks like.

A few things to keep in mind:
1. Try to keep images under 550 pixels wide.
2. If you don't have a place to keep your images check out http://www.imageshack.us [2]
3. You can create a product page that is a link to your other products. Just use standard HTML commands to link to your other product pages. http://www.penpassion.com/node/338 [3]
